NIACIN (B3/Nicotinic Acid)
Niacin is an essential vitamin for healthy hair. When applied topically, it stimulates the dilation of blood vessels, thus increasing blood circulation and nutrient flow in hair follicles. Niacin also facilitates the removal of waste products from skin, creating an environment for healthier scalp. It is the star ingredient in our formulation.
ANAGAIN™ PF
AnaGain™ pf is a preservative free, aqueous (water based) extract from organic pea sprouts. It has shown to stimulate hair growth at the root, prolong hair life cycle, and restore the vitality of the hair in just 3 months of consistent use. Pea sprouts are also a rich source of various nutrients like biotin and L‐arginine, that help improve overall condition on hair and scalp.
ROSEMARY Zemea® Extract
Rosemary has shown to improve blood circulation and strengthen hair follicles (prevents hair follicles from being starved of blood supply), have anti-inflammatory properties (helps with itchy scalp), heal nerve damage and restore tissue in the scalp. In addition, it helps with premature greying and dandruff.
CALENDULA Zemea® Extract
Calendula is widely known for its regenerative, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. It hydrates the scalp, helps improve dandruff, and protects the scalp and hair from cell damaging radicals. It can also promote blood circulation, thus delivering essential nutrients to hair follicles.
ZEMEA
Our extracts use Zemea® propanediol as a solvent (def. a liquid substance capable of dispersing other substances). It is a naturally-derived, organic, and 100% plant-based humectant (def. substance that is used to keep things most) for cosmetic formulations.
Its benefits include high purity, lack of skin irritation or sensitization, improved humectancy and excellent sensory characteristics. It has also shown to boost the efficacy of preservatives hence reducing the amount of preservatives needed in formulations. Zemea is an alternative to petroleum-based glycols such as propylene glycol, butylene glycol and glycerin in formulations.
BIOSECUR
Biosecur is a natural preservative solution based on potent citrus extracts that provide excellent antimicrobial protection. It is certified organic, and is a great alternative to traditional, synthetic preservative ingredients like parabens and formaldehydes.
WATER
Water (AQUA)is used in the formulation of virtually every type of cosmetic and personal care product. It is primarily used as a solvent (def. substance, usually liquid, that is used to dissolve other substances) in cosmetics and personal care products in which it dissolves the active ingredients. Our formula uses distilled water, which is a type of purified water commonly used in cosmetic formulations.
